Business Development Manager

Haynes are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our valued client located in Archerfield, QLD with a client portfolio relating to the mining and heavy vehicle industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop relationships to secure additional revenue from both existing and new clients
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detail
• Work towards KPIs and be able to communicate with upper management
• Be able to follow processes and procedures outlined by the company

• Monday to Friday roster
• Direct to Permanent employment with the Client

About You

• Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• Proven track record as a sales professional and/or tertiary qualifications in business, and sales certification, with minimum 3 years experience in a technical field (preferred)
• Tertiary Business Qualifications/Sales Certification
• Technical background in hydraulics, lubrication and filtration
• Motivated and strong work ethic
• Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening, where required
