Haynes are currently seeking a Fleet Quoting & Acquisitions Assistant for a valued client in Perth.

About the Role:

  • Administer quoting requests to assist with the management of response times
  • Follow through fleet leasing quotations and capex requests, as required
  • Seek external supplier quotes to support leasing services
  • Maintain relevant logs and schedules
  • Maintain a safe workplace and uphold WH&S regulations

About The Offer:

  • Monday – Friday roster; 40hr week
  • Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Annual bonus on offer

About You

  • Hold a current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer literate in Microsoft Suites and excellent time management
  • Motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Valid Rights to Work in Australia
